End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between ND Worship("we," "us," or "our") and the end user ("you"). By downloading or using the software products (e.g., presets, profiles, performances, patches, impulse responses), you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA.

1. Grant of License

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software product for personal, non-commercial purposes under the terms of this EULA.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights in the software product and any related materials are owned by us or our licensors. All rights not expressly granted in this EULA are reserved by us.

3. Restrictions on Use

You may not:

Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works of the software product.

Rent, lease, sublicense, or resell the software product.

Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software product.

Use the software product for any commercial purposes.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The software product is provided "as is," without any express or implied warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall we be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the software product.

6. Termination

This license will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with the terms of this EULA. Upon termination, you must delete all copies of the software product.

7. Governing Law

This EULA is governed by the laws of South Korea, Seoul.
